We are seeking a dependable Shipper to support our client's operations in Gloucester, MA.

This is a full-time long term temp role.

Scheule: Monday-Friday position, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

Pay: $23/hour

The Shipper will be responsible for ensuring all finished goods are properly packaged, documented, and prepared for shipment, including accurate completion of shipping and customs paperwork. This role supports both domestic and international shipments and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to shipping and export-control processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Match orders and shipping quantities to packing documents.

Assist in identifying and resolving shipping discrepancies.

Document, count, inspect, and label outgoing products and materials per written instructions.

Package products securely to prevent shipping damage.

Ensure compliance with Export Control security processes.

Maintain shipping stations, ensuring they are stocked and in proper working order.

Enter shipping data for domestic and international orders into the company ERP system.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Previous shipping or packaging experience preferred.

Strong attention to written detail.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to read and write in English.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to complete official forms while following written instructions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
